Pizza Party Welcome Dinner: 7pm—10pm

Come hang out and eat pizza. (Little friends, aka kids, welcome)

Transportation

  • Pick up from your accommodation in Assisi: 6:30 PM

  • Transportation back to Assisi available between 9:30–11:30 PM

Day Two

Wednesday, July 1st, 2026

Welcome Drinks, Ceremony, Dinner, Party: 4pm—2am

We’re getting married! (Big friends only)

Schedule

  • 4:00 PM — Welcome Cocktail

  • 4:30 PM — Ceremony

  • 5:00–7:00 PM — Aperitivo

  • 7:00 PM — Dinner

  • 9:00 PM — Cake Cutting

  • 12:00 AM - Midnight Snack

  • 9:30 PM–2:00 AM — Party Time 

Transportation

  • Pick up from your accommodation in Assisi: 3:30 PM

  • Transportation back to Assisi available between 12:00–2:00 AM

Day Three

Thursday, July 2nd, 2026

Pool Party: 1pm—4pm

Detox (or retox) by the pool with us. (Big friends only)

Transportation

  • Pick up from your accommodation in Assisi: 12:30 PM

  • There is no pre-arranged transportation back to Assisi, as we expect guests will leave at different times. Taxis can be called from reception throughout the afternoon.

  • Any taxis heading back to Assisi after 7:00 PM will need to be pre-arranged with reception earlier in the day.

An à la carte dinner will also be available for anyone who would like to stay on site and enjoy a bit more pool time.
